Arrive 5–10 minutes early for a short intake. We’ll review your goals (relaxation, pain relief, mobility, stress) and any health considerations to customize your treatment.
Yes—RMT receipts are provided for insurance claims. Please check your plan for coverage details.
Yes. Please mention your stage of pregnancy (or postpartum status) when booking so we can position and support you safely.
If you have a fever, contagious illness, or new unexplained symptoms, please reschedule. For ongoing conditions or injuries, let us know so we can adapt the treatment.
Book anytime there’s therapist availability. If you’re on a bi-weekly plan, schedule within your two-week window. Many clients start with every 2–3 weeks, then adjust based on goals.
Treatments are in Unit 207 (Yoga + Mat Studio) on the upper level. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in.
Every treatment is complemented by a hot towel ritual and a warm cup of herbal tea to help you transition back into your day.
