Coach-led circuit-style strength training built around functional movement patterns. Each session focuses on primary lifts supported by targeted accessory work to build balanced strength, joint resilience, and real-world performance. Progress is structured and measurable — every workout is tracked in our app so you can see how your strength improves over time and stay accountable to your goals.

Yoga

Mobility • Breath • Reset your nervous system

Restorative, Yin-style yoga designed to help you slow down and reset your nervous system. Sessions blend long-held, supported stretches with guided breathwork and light foam rolling to release tension, improve mobility, and promote recovery from day-to-day stress and training. This is your dedicated space to downshift, unwind, and support your body’s long-term resilience.

Pilates

Core • Posture • Controlled strength

Classical mat Pilates with a restorative focus to build mobility and supportive strength in the hips, shoulders, and core — improving balance, posture, and long-term joint health. A perfect complement to strength training.

Summer Outdoor

Fresh air • Community • Sweat + fun

Bootcamp-style outdoor training designed to get you moving, sweating, and enjoying Calgary’s sunny days. Expect a mix of running, bodyweight work, simple equipment, and cardio-based circuits that build fitness while keeping things fun and social. These sessions bring high energy, fresh air, and community together — the perfect way to stay consistent, boost conditioning, and make the most of summer.
