Our Menopause Made Easier workshop was a transformative session dedicated to navigating the complexities of perimenopause and menopause with clarity and confidence. Led by certified Menopause Health Coach Kim Winsor, we dove deep into practical strategies for maintaining vitality during this transitional stage of life.
