Inside Out Recovery & Mobility Workout Calgary

Our January community event, Recovery 101, was a huge success. We gathered in Unit 100 for an evening of education and practical application, focusing on how to keep our bodies feeling their best between training sessions.

Workshop Highlights:

  • T-Spine Mobility: We practiced several effective drills to open up the thoracic spine, especially important for those of us who spend our days at a desk.
  • Foam Rolling 101: We went beyond the basics, showing the community how to target specific trigger points in the glutes and quads for immediate relief.
  • Post-Workout Fuel: The evening concluded with some nutrition tips from our coach on optimal post-workout macronutrients.
