A lower-body circuit style workout that utilizes a variety of equipment including dumbbells, barbells, and tubing to improve muscular power, strength, and endurance in the quads, hamstrings, glutes and calves.

Push

All exercises will focus on proper form and strengthening of your push muscle groups: chest, shoulders, triceps, quads, and calves by using progressive overload to avoid any muscular plateaus.
