Absolutely. We teach with props and options so you can work within your current range safely and build mobility gradually.
Mats and standard props are available. Bring your own if you prefer. Water bottle recommended.
Many movements are adaptable. Tell your instructor before class and we’ll offer appropriate options. For more tailored support, consider a PT assessment.
