Yes. We coach setup, tempo, and safe ranges, and give options so you can build confidence at your pace.
Tell us at check-in. We’ll provide alternatives around shoulders, back, knees, etc. For complex cases, consider a PT assessment.

Start with 2–3 strength sessions per week with at least one rest day between, plus optional 1–2 short mobility/cardio days. Keep sessions 45–60 minutes, focus on form over load, and increase volume gradually. Not sure where to start? Book a quick consult and we’ll map it out.
