Identify unhelpful patterns, introduce cognitive restructuring, set goals.
Session 2 — Stress and emotion regulation
Understand stress responses and practise grounding & regulation techniques.
Session 3 — Motivation & accountability
Design small, trackable actions and build personal accountability.
Session 4 — Habit loops that last
Create cues, routines, and rewards aligned with your values.
Session 5 — Mental health literacy
Recognize signs of distress and build a plan for support.
Session 6 — Integrate & future‑proof
Review progress, troubleshoot roadblocks, and map your next 90 days.
