The Strong Mind Series
A 12‑week, psychology‑led program that teaches practical tools to manage stress, reframe thoughts, and build habits that stick.

Strength Class — FAQ
Programs run for a set number of weeks with a defined curriculum, small groups, and accountability. Classes are ongoing from the weekly schedule and can be joined anytime. See current programs on the Programs page.

Coverage depends on the program. Our psychology-led Strong Mind Series is often eligible for benefits and provides receipts. Massage components delivered by an RMT can also be insurance-eligible (receipts provided). For details on receipts, see Book Now.
Spots are limited to keep things focused. For example, the Strong Mind Series caps at 10 participants. Check each program’s page for exact capacity.
Length varies by program (e.g., 8–12 weeks). Session length also varies; for example, Strong Mind meets for 90 minutes per session on a bi-weekly schedule. See each program’s details for dates and times.
Enrollment happens on the individual program page. Some programs check out securely via MINDBODY on the detail page.
Yes, but there may be exceptions to a few.
Comfortable workout clothing, clean indoor shoes (if applicable), and a water bottle. We provide the rest. If a program needs anything specific, we’ll let you know after you enroll.
Yes. We keep groups small and coach you through form, progressions, and safe ranges. If you’re managing pain or a complex history, consider starting with a consult for individualized guidance.
