You’ll go through a range of strength movements, including a variety of squats, lunges, hip thrusts and deadlifts. Get ready to strengthen your glutes and legs with weights, bands and bodyweight exercises. Sculpt, tone and tighten your buns in this high energy booty-building class.
Lower Body Burn + Core
Type: Strength Training (legs & Core)
A lower-body circuit style workout that utilizes a variety of equipment including dumbbells, barbells, and tubing to improve muscular power, strength, and endurance in the quads, hamstrings, glutes and calves. This class will help improve functional movements in your day to day such as walking, bending, standing up and squatting as well as preventing injuries in low back and knees.
Sets, Reps & Core
Type: Strength Training (Full Body)
This is a strength class that focuses on progressive overload through a series of phases to build both strength and muscle. You will experience compound lifts such as squats, deadlifts, bench press and back rows that help promote a well balanced strong body. Technique, tempo, weight, reps and sets will all be incorporated through the different phases. Tracking of your progress will be optional. This class will not only increase strength but help prevent in injuries and enhance day to day activities.
Total Body Burn
Type: HIIT (Cardio/Full Body)
Be prepared to SWEAT it out in this high intensity circuit based class. This class is rigorous interval training sequence with high intensity exercises, designed to increase strength and burn fat. This class is designed to push you to your limits, through quick intense bursts of exercises, followed by short active recovery periods. A fast paced, full body workout that combines resistance training with plyometric moves to keep your heart rate up and help you get the most out of your gym time!
Total Body Fit
Type: Strength Training (Full Body)
A full- body workout designed to engage all the major muscle groups, with a variety of strengthening and conditioning exercises. This athletic based sculpting class tones upper and lower body, using weight bearing and resistance exercises to hit all the major muscle groups from head to toe. Increase physical strength, enhance muscle definition, and increase your endurance in this full body conditioning workout. An element of high intensity cardio will be either interspersed or at the end to get you breathless and improve cardiovascular health.
Upper Body Burn + Core
Type: Strength Training (Upper Body & Core)
This class is focused on upper body functional strength exercises to increase strength and tone the shoulders, back, chest & arms. From bodyweight to dumbbells, barbells & more your upper body will feel the burn. Components of core strengthening exercises will be incorporated into the class to build the strong foundation you needed for optimal performance.
