What exactly do I get for $22?
Two full 60-minute classes, any styles on the schedule (Strength, Pilates, Outdoor Bootcamp, or Yoga). Payment is secure and your sessions land in your account the moment you check out.
I'm 40+ and out of practice. Is this for me?
Especially you. Our coaches scale every movement to where your body is today and watch your form so you build strength without wrecking your joints. Most of our members are training for the next 30 years, not for a photo.
How long do I have to use the 2 classes?
10 days from purchase. Come in, get a feel for the room, and decide if Inside Out is your spot. No auto-renew, no contract.
What if it's not for me?
Show up and if it's not your room, we'll make it right. And if you love it, your first month on any membership is 50% off. No pressure either way.
What should I bring?
Yourself, comfortable clothes, and a water bottle. We have filtered water, towels, and all the equipment you need.
Where are you and where do I park?
Beltline, 1324 11 Ave SW. The gym is Unit 100 (ground floor) and yoga plus recovery is Unit 207. Free building stalls (limited) plus $1/hr street parking.
